Taking clearance measurements and photographs of electric power distribution facilities
Mr. Young is an expert in taking physical and electrical measurements of electric power distribution and transmissions facilities. Mr. Young has assisted attorneys and claims personnel with over four hundred accidents involving electric power distribution and transmission facilities. Mr. Young closely examines the structure and conductors involved in the accident for evidence and takes physical and electrical measurements and photographs to record the evidence. The photographic record is film and digital. Mr. Young measures the conductor temperature when he measures the sag of a conductor. Measuring the clearance of energized conductors is not a problem. Mr. Young can develop a formal report of the measurements and photographs.
Analysis of electric power distribution facility clearance measurements and photographs to determine if the facilities are in compliance with the National Electrical Safety Code®
